  • A securities license administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that legally permits the holder to solicit orders for any type of security in a particular state.

  Series 65 License

  • Called the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, covers laws, regulations, ethics and topics such as retirement planning, portfolio management strategies and fiduciary responsibilities.
